Pilates


 Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and core stability through mindful movement and focused breath. Most of class is spent on the floor working through exercises that engage your deep core muscles before incorporating the arms and legs for a balanced, total-body workout.

Props such as the Magic Circle, TheraBand, small Pilates ball, light weights, and floor sliders may be used to enhance strength and precision. The result is improved posture, body awareness, and long, lean muscles.

You’ll leave class feeling refreshed, aligned, and energized!  Students should bring an exercise mat and wear Pilates socks. All levels are welcome.
